Kimbolton November Race meeting

On Sunday 13th November, at Kimbolton, was the penultimate round of 2016 HKRC Club Champs. I feel that next season will be very different. I am currently 6th in the championship, with 773 points, hopefully with one more round to go I can find more in the bag to crawl up the order. Heat 1: Started 2nd, Finished 14th. On lap 1, I got loaded and put onto the grass and dropped to 20th, and managed in the end to crawl up to 14th in the end, but not the result that I wanted. Heat 2: Started 21st, Finished 13th. Just had a decent drive and cruise to 13th, and still had more in the tank to climb up further the field. Final: Started 15th, Finished 21st 2 laps down, on lap 5 out of 18 laps, encountered a hit on my rear left of the kart, which destabilised the kart and put me into the field, next to the track, and was very disappointed that the race ended so early for me. And I knew could have finished 10th, and only scored 57 points.

My results from the weekend will be on the page. The finale will be at Kimbolton, Sunday 11th December.
